Anything wrong with this stuff? I'm cutting and eating about 4 oz of it with 1 slice of FF swiss cheese, on toasted Ezekial Bread, and it tastes great.

I've heard numerous talks about preservatives/nitrates, but does 1 sandwich a day (4-5oz) make a big difference? Also these bad things in the turkey, do they effect appearance, or just health risks? Or both?

Can I get shredded eating Boars Head Turkey?


Sodium is high, but I drink like 2 gallons of water a day, and I barely get sodium from anything else anyways.

I will actually switch to the low sodium one just for the hell of it, but is this meat QUALITY protein? I see them carve it right off a huge chunk of turkey, and seems fresh.
