haha I feel for ya Mike. Seems like when I get to a meet, I get real nervous and start thinking "why do I do this, I hate getting this nervous, I wish I could just do this in the gym" all those thoughts. Once I get my first attempt in, then I'm all good. I know Jay gets nervous like that too. Its pretty normal Mike.

Rob said something once that helped. He said that a meet is just another heavy training day in the gym. Really true when you think about it
