Is it normal to be weaker pulling off the powerrack then off the ground.
These are my pr's from different pins.
floor 545
6" off ground(bottom pin) 505
just below knees 590
above kness 705
I am actually weaker about mid shin with thebar 6" off the ground. I would guess the shorter range of motion that I would lift more. Every other pin up I can keep going heavier.
I pull conventional with just a belt.
