you have a strong base. Eat smart and lift hard and you will make great gains.

As stated above you have a good base. My opinion would be to watch your diet and that your back is your weakpoint. There is no before picture so I have nothing to compair to but i'm sure you've made good progress in the past 6 months. Just keep at it.
