decided to make a journal to keep track of my gains/what i eat. i dont mind if you dont post but just be nice. my max seems a little off what i rep because i had a weeks rest before i maxed 225. almolst forgot to add that i fast for about 7 hours from when i wake up, then when i get home i make something to eat.
main goal is to bench 275 at around 150 pounds as a 1rm
meal 1
1 cup egg beaters
2 whole wheat english muffins with chicken
1 cup milk/water
2 slices white bread
workout-ME chest
flat bench press
135x3x2 (felt heavy)
155x3
175x4
185x5 PR
205x2 (spotter touched on last rep, PR is 3)
incline bench
135x8
135x6
135x6
decline bench supersetted with DB flies
8x135
7x155 (dropped 8th rep just below my ribs which still hurts)
2x155 (felt heavy)
8x155 (drank some snapple and tried again)
didnt get to do my usual routine because im currently trying to get some heavy dumbbells

mashed potatoes
2 cups of water
meal 3
2 cups baby cereal w/ milk
1 cup milk/water
