Sodium is off the hook... but other than that?

I'd skip it but that's just me. The sodium in those things is insane. Tried a few of those Hungry Man XXLs awhile back for calories and I'd have to eat the whole thing to get full. Had like 110% of the DV for sodium, granted it is the DV for a 2000 cal diet. You'd be better off just making a bunch of mashed potatoes and turkey or steak at the beginning of the week and then just divide it up into 5 portions for later during the week.
