I also put this in the powerlifting section... But anyway...

Here's a compilation of my lifting at the CPU National Championships. As many of you know from my other thread, I placed 3rd in the 100kg Junior category with a 675kg total.

I squatted 255kg on my third (the only one I have a video of!). Benched 150kg (fail), 157.5kg and 165kg. Deadlifted 240kg, 252.5kg and 255kg.

Oh, and this is really the first time I've ever put a compilation of my lifts together... I suck at the whole video editing thing.

Man... I already have to worry about nhlfan getting too good... He's got lots of time to break my records and training with me you KNOW he's going to get hella strong! hahaha

Not to worry though... I'll call everyone in Saskatchewan and tell them not to sell you land... (Yes, it's THAT small!) :fart:

Nice work deeder!

Thanks Mik!

Awesome!!!!

How much exactly do you weigh? I seem to remember you only being about 70kg or so about a year ago, or have I got you confused with someone else?

Haha I weighed in at 98.8 I think. Last year at nationals I weighed in at 74kg.

I dropped about 5kg of water the week before last year and this year I bloated myself up about 3kg the day before / morning of.

Water or no water, 40 odd pounds in a year is no joke. Why didn't you aim for a lower weight class this year?

I was going to try to make 90kg but I was getting too small for my equipment and I felt like my strength was going way down.
