Hi guys,
Been on WBB1 for a few months now and thought I would post up some progress pictures. Overall I'm not very happy with my progress, I know I'm not eating enough and it's something I really need to change. Eat eat eat!
It's not really important, but could anyone estimate my body fat percentage?

Legs Current (no previous pics) (http://stevenfergus.co.uk/photos/stylesheets/images/large/img/legs.jpg)
As you can see, the lighting isn't the best, but you can still see I've made some gains, however small they are  Gained about ~10lbs I think.

Use BGB. It's a miracle. Also, eat more. I'd say you're at 8-9% bf.

That's my goal, well, for now :) I'm about 150lbs just now I think and just over 6ft. Hopefully be 170lbs by this time in July? Is that reasonable?

Sounds like a challenge considering your metabolism, but if you work at it every day, certainly reasonable!
lookin good bro.. great improvements... only thing i would say is hit that squat harder.

I don't have any before pictures of my legs, but they've improved quite a bit. But I agree with you - I do need to hit the squats harder! I currently go parallel but I'm thinking of trying ATF for a few sets to see what it's like. I have week knees, but hopefully squats will help strengthen them a little.

I disagree with you. I think your progress is extremely good. Yes you could have eaten more food but then you also would have probably added body fat. You are in a good place because you are pretty much gaining all muscle which is very hard to do.

Thank you very much, Gabrielle! I've been on somewhat of a dirty bulk, but the fact that I haven't put on much fat is great.

a definite improvement. I'm 6'1 and looked a lot worse than you at around 150 lbs, so looks like you got some good potential! you know how many calories you're taking in a day?

Keep it up, still extremely lean. Keep increasing the cals as you gain weight and lifting heavy. Great improvements so far man, congrats.
