according to mens health hot dogs have 9g trans fat... I'm pretty sure when I read the labels it said 0.. Is this true? I'll have to check next time.

anyone who reads mens health and eats hot dogs thinking theyre healthy i think needs to get their head tested

Depends on the hot dog. The ones from a butcher that are all meat are probably the healthiest.
