Obviously good form is king in preventing injuries.
Are there any naturaly foods that help in minimizing injuries, specifically with tendons and joints?

I hear fish oil is good for that, so fish and eggs I guess. Lots of milk to build strong bones.

I heard a guy say fish oil too, but i didn't take him seriously as he worked at a supplement store, lol.
You remember those milk commercials? the ones where the kid looked in a mirror to see the grown-up version?
They never showed powerlifters or bodybuilders in the mirror, lol.
I'm gonna buy some fish oil caps from ATN.

I've heard the fish oils are great for your joints and really help to prevent injuries in that sense and milk is obvious for strengthening the bones.

On a serious note (if you are serious, that's awesome), how bad do they taste? I'm a sissy and can't swallow pills but taking the oil itself mixed in something... is it that bad?
