Tell u guys about myself..I am 6' 190-195.. i think im fairly lean but my body fat is around 18% according to my digital scale. Ive been working out for years and been doing muay thai and wrestling for almost 3 years. I do some lifting, prob 3 times a week ill lift heavy one day, light one day (alot of reps), and do alot of HIIT cardio. ALong with fight training 5 days a week. I follow a very strict diet and take the basic supplements. (Vitamins, ZMA, fish oil, fat burner, CO Q 10, and some antioxidents.) I did a cycle of EQ and test last year around this time and had some great gains i prob went up to around 215 and was leaner at 215 than i am now. Problem is i wanted to stay around the weight i am now no more than 200 pounds and just lose alot of the fat and put on some lean muscle. WHen i went up to 215 i did alot more cardio and i guess i lost mostly muscle? and came back down to the weight i am at now. Streght gains were great and cardio was great on it. Wanted to do another round of the EQ but maybe without the test so i dont gain alot of weight again, but i know the EQ lowers natural test. Would that be safe? Or should i try tren, or test alone? My goals are to stay around 195, get leaner, stronger, faster, and help with recovery time would EQ alone help that? or should i take the test?.. any advice would be really helpful thank you!!

your weight is dependent on your diet, not the drugs you use. fix your diet and you won't lose weight.

i guess everyone on here gives the obvious answers.. if u read i said my diet is clean.. i guess my only question is what would EQ alone do for me given wat i stated above? there must be a reason 75% of MMA fighters take some form of gear. i dont want to get huge or anythin and i dont really care bout wat my body looks like. i want something to make me stronger, faster, help with recovery and help burn some fat. would 600mg of EQ a week help me.. there must be someone out there that can help

You're a turd. RBB knows 10x more about gear than you ever will, but you're expecting some profound "Do X, Get Y" response to a post that clearly shows you're not very motivated to inform yourself through research.

If you're diet is "clean", and you're a fighter ( assuming higher calorie expenditure than someone who is sedentary, i.e. LittleJake :evillaugh: ) then that makes no sense your bf is 18%. You either don't eat clean, eat too much, or don't exercise very hard while training. 18% is nowhere near "fairly lean", it's approaching fat. Improve your diet, or learn how to guesstimate bf%, because with the stats you've given, it doesn't make sense.

Do you even know what EQ does? You need to do research on the basic principles of anabolics before you run another cycle. Sounds like you already lost all your gains from your last cycle and you're looking for another easy fix. I say you stop wasting your time posting about anabolics and start fine tuning your diet.

exactly right. if you don't know what EQ will do for you then take some initiative and do the slightest bit of research. fighters like EQ because it doesn't cause a lot of water retention and will help you recover faster. it's also a terrible drug to use if you're going to be tested by whatever organization you're fighting in. you're guaranteed to get caught.

i can tell you, though, your problem is your diet. it doesn't matter if it is "clean" or not. i could eat 12,000 clean cals a day and it would make me a total fat ass. i could eat 3,000 cals of **** a day and lean out. see what i'm saying?

if your 18% at 190-195 you could easily fight at welter weight without any effort to cut. maybe lowering your bf to 8-10% over time? you should try to fight as light as possible without losing strength.

let me tell you something were do you get off saying 75% of us are on some kind of gear theres nothing wrong with being on gear but your basically what Nosaj said a big hairy turd and yes do your research on everything your talking about cause you dont know jack $$$$ my friend, i have been doing MMA for 7 years and bottom line is if you dont eat clean and you dont watch how much you eat, and you dont push yourself when your working out or doing cardio, and last if dont get enough sleep your not going to see any results at all. 18% body fat is allot i dont have that much on my off season then i have about 13-15%, then when i start training again i am around 10% maybe a little less but no more. if i knew how to upload a picture i would show you what dedication and hard work looks like.

I'm switching to mma but I did boxing for years but how are you 18% ? Most fighters on this site have trouble gaining and even maintaining weight. I wouldn't go near gear something in your diet has to be out of sync. Whats your actual mma training like? What's your background?
