I'm 16 and I have been actively lifting weights for a year. I do have some problems with body fat currently. I have significantly lowered my portion size and I have picked up running 3-5 days a week. I weigh 170 lbs. and my body fat percentage is around 22-24% and I was wondering if adding Nitor to my lifestyle would help me get an edge off the fat. I would appreciate your honest opinion.

Nitor will help, but you need to get your diet in check first. What does that look like?

I'm focusing on raising my protein intake and lowing my fat and carbs. I am eating 4-6 small meals a day. Sorry if it sounds general, but I don't have a set out meal plan.

You need to fix that before you start worrying about taking supplements.

agreed, set up a strict diet otherwise you won't be able to maximize the supplements
even then, at you age I'd probably start with theromcin

Skip all thermogenics at your age.
