Yes it is true, to get those nice cut abs you need to clean up your diet. Many people do not realize this and believe that if they do 1000 or so crunches a day they will see results.
I've heard this so called "6-pack diet" before but what does this basically consist of. For us bodybuilders, we need to take in as many calories as we can to stay at that bulking stage. I know most of us go on a cut to shed some of that fat.
How do you go about a 6-pack diet while trying to stay in hypertrophic state?
