View Full Version : Starting a 'summer shred cut' - advice?

I've decided tonight that after cheatmealing all the time the past weeks, I am starting a diciplined shred cut for the summer months.

Any advice that can get this spare tire off my belly and hips? I can literally grab the chunks of fat on my hips. I'm thinking about totally eliminating carbs, with a calorie deficient diet. very intense for quick results before the beach weather. And reduce my drinking, like today I had 10 beers. nomore.

I'm about 190lbs, 510. good ,muscle definition, but I want to tighten up my stomach for the beach, also I'm increasing my bench activity and arms for the beach. thanks.
