Jujitsu was canceled thanks to holiday. I'm going to the gym and do some touch -up stuff.

Ok, well its hard to practice a kipping pull-up when I can't do a pull-up so scratch that.
It's been two weeks since I posted the last post. Since then I have lost 9 lbs. My deadlift is back up to 405 lbs.
Bench is up to 225x10
squat is 225x 3 (blah!)
military press 185x3
jerk 225
clean 185
rows 185x8
1 chin-up
0 dips (this is confusing. I used to be amazing at dips even at my MORBIDLY OBESE WEIGHT.)

My routine this month has been...
1 day of maxing out complex lifts.
Squat
dead
bench
row
military press
chin-up
Then one day of crazy long supersets with heavy free weights and very minimal rests
Then one touch up day with lighter squats, power moves like clean, jerk, box jumps.
I've also been doing eliptical 3 times a week and jogging a mile once a week.
So far I'm making big newbie gains and am losing quick weight.
My diet has been unbelievable recently. Not even cheating bad on my 1 cheat day per week. no sugar. low calorie. Solid amount of protein. very low starch and hardly any high glycemic carbs.

So I injured my shoulder in jujitsu. It's been a week. I've still hit the gym. Great news. I'm now 299 lbs. Nice landmark weight to hit.
Yesterday I did a nice workout for chest and back. I steered clear of the pullups and military press due to my shoulder...
I did very heavy freeweights with very very minimal rest.
deadlift
bench
dumbell bench
dumbell rows
machine row
machine bench press
then i touched up
2 sets biceps
2 sets triceps
2 sets shrugs
2 sets calves
for about 15 min extra.

Ok shoulder is healed!!!
Today, TIED Bench PR of 300 lbs!!!
no bounce, all the way down. all the way up, no help. VERY excited!
Deadlift PR
Personal best was 430. Today I did 445!!!
jumped rope
chin-up singles for fun in between sets
my dips are up to 8 now from 0
I weighed in at under 300, yay

shoulder pressed 100 lb dumbells which is a tie for p.r.

other stuff too, but those were the things that made me proud

Today, I'm pretty sore from jujitsu and lifting alot last week. I'm going to take it easy.

are you riding a stationary bike or a mountain/road bike?

stationary bike, which my body hates... I'm kinda getting used to it already though.
I have very weak unflexable short hamstrings. It's annoying. Practice makes perfect
288 lbs.
did all push exercises today then ran/jogged for 3 miles in intervals
my eating is good too, very good

Tried 450 lb deadlift..... FAIL!
p.r. is still 445 from a few weeks ago.
Benched up to 275x3
also did 225 times 13 1/2 which is almost a p.r. (14 is p.r.)
4 chinups x a few sets
6 dips x a few sets
bodyweight squats for fun
light barbell rows for fun
rowing machine.. went really fast for 5 minutes
jumped rope for a few minutes
saw my old karate sensei at the gym getting personal trained by some hot broad

also, did the 300 workout in 44 minutes.. hopefully next time will be under 40

back after a year. 265 lbs. Just got back from doing vertical push/pull at gym. Started heavy then went with high reps. Ended with 200 lbs farmers walk. Idon't want to get too much into detail yet. It's my first post in over year.

265 lbs.
New awesome workout today. Gym for 2 hours. Boxing class for an hour and 15 minutes. back to the gym because my boxing ran through my muay thai and I missed it.
