Need some opinions, right now my main goal is too loose weight, i am currently 5'10 240lbs, but not really too fat considering my hight, but overweight...im taking hydroxycut hardcore, and running/playing basketball 3-4 days a week...but im also lifting for about a hour a day 4-5 days a week and taking Black powder for lifting..not really seeing and weight loss, should i stop lifting as much or taking the Black poweder? remember the main goal is weight loss to 210lbs then bulking alittle...also im dieting..any help will be more then appreciated

your calorie intake dictates your weight loss. What does your diet look like?

nothing really to special u know, besides the hydroxie cut hardcore, just bassiaclly no sweet/soda, not a lot of fatty/greesy foods, mainly fish/greens/water and chicken...any help would be great

you need to fix your diet. You need to know how many calories you are taking in, and how many you need to cut. Start tracking your diet on fitday.com

worry about your diet first. You need to fix that before worrying about the other parts.

taking hydroxy cut AND taking black powder can't be good for you. especially if your "dieting" and eating less calories

I have no idea what black powder is. Hydroxycut is no magic pill. It will help in conjunction with a diet, but not make up for a poor diet.

im still dieting, and taking it, im not eating fast food and then hoping this thing works..im dieting and taking it, but i just want to know if i should stop taking lifting supplements if i want to loose weight...is it defeating the purpuse??

p.s. thanks for that site cphafner im using it
