I am trying to drop back down to about 250LBS. I think thats a good weight for me. But my biggest problem in my mind are my stretch marks. I took a year off training and just ate a lot of junk food, Taco Bell twice a day and stuff like that. I went from 245LBS to 298LBS. When I almost hit that 300LBS mark I went straight back to the gym. I lost about 20LBS during the past month and hope to loose another 30LBS.

To fix these stretch marks I am using Coco Butter twice a day and special tanning oils that are supposed to reduce and prevent stretch marks when I am out in the sun.

Good luck to you man, is that squat number in your sig a joke -- or do you have bird legs to the extreme?

Damn, that's a massive transformation. Why did you let yourself go like that? At this point any kind of diet/exercise is going to yield results. Best of luck on the cut.

It not really a joke. Back in HS I used to squat in the 300s trying to be tough with no form. My back has never been the same since. So now I just take it very light and work for form. I should update it because I do 175 till my form goes out. I can do a lot more but no point in doing it if I dont do it right.

I was really busy with work and school. Work involved me on the rode a lot and no time to spend making good meals. I lost 20lbs just by stop eating fast food and drinking sodas.

I am going to start taking creatine again. Its going to suck gaining extra water weight but I think it will help me get back to my old lifting strengths. My current max bench is around 325.

You can't do anything to reverse the process. Cocoa butter helps prevent stretch marks and tanning helps hide them. Otherwise, they fade with time, but other than possible surgery  , there is nothing you can do to get rid of them.

I have been putting cocoa butter on them twice a day for about a month now and noticed very little difference. Some people say it worked for them.

Why did you gained that much weight was it on purpose? I'm pretty sure that you got a lot stronger by gaining that much ..I saw your old pics where you looked pretty scrawny so I would't go down too much 250lbs sounds right to me
