View Full Version : Finding a good fish oil supplement
04-23-2008, 08:56 AM
I've been looking around for a good fish oil supplement but have only found one that sticks out for me (XtendLife). I wont lie I dont know to much about fish oils, but I do know that there are cheap pills that are harvested with fish poisoned with mercury. I'm trying to find the healthiest, most natural and effective pill possible. Doesn't have to be the MOST expensive, but i'd rather know im getting my moneys worth.

i'm not sure but i think that standard fish oil is gonna be just as healthy as the expensive stuff as far as finding healthy fats for your diet is concerned
i take Tesco fish oil (180 caps for $13)
