I guess i have to open journal too, it is too hard to keep track of the progress on a paper.
Started working out on 12/2001 after 6 years of 'bulking' my ass.
The first month was doing cardio only on a stationary bike 3 time per week with some abs workout.

Awesome gains over the course of 2 years man, looking good now. Are you going to be cutting for summer? Routine looks a little high volume, have you ever tried otherwise?

Dude you look great!

you got great genetics for a super chest too. Big delts too.

But where are you legs? Did you forget to put them on that morning?

And what's with the blurring of the Y fronts? Worried we'd mock your package?

well, i only started working out december 2001.
The photos from2000 shows exactly how i looked 4 month ago. I lost about 22(went from 225 to 203) lb first doing cardio for a month(stupid, cut callories/ protein and lost some muscles too) and started iron liffting on 01/01/2002
I do not really care abour bluring stuff ,but almost everybody doing it and i desiced to follow the lead. :D
as far as volume i feel like it is working for me , a little less and i fell like i did not accomplish much.
Legs...legs, legs....yea, i know. Sitting 8 hours at work not really helps it, but i started doing deadlifts and squats also some mashine work. Hope to gain gain some weight there.
My goal is to gain about 5-7lb during april.

Ok. it is time to update my journal. I was thinking to post deails of every workout but do not think it is benefficial to anybody and me either. I would post monthly with my progress, maximum weights i could lift and description of the routine.
First of all let' start with the goals.
Yearly goal, finish date 01/01/2003: Get BF% down to 12%. Able to flat bench press 300, squat 300 and deadlift 300.

Monthly goal , start 3/1/2002 finish 5/1/2000: bulking period, get weight UP as much as i can.

3/1/2002-3/31/-2002 - worked out 18 days, 13 days rest. Currenet weight 209 (morning after visiting bathroom). BF15%.
Routine: day1- shoulder/arm , day2- chest/back, day3- legs/abs.(15-20 sets per day)
Current max: Benchpress - 275, squats - 175, deadlift -185.

Just a small note: It's not easy to gain some weight even just fat, i am eating a lot for the last 2 weeks and only gain about 3 pounds for the last month. I am going to increase a amount of food i am consumming for the nedt 3 weeks even if i have to force feed my self. Eating 8 times per day, trying to be on a healthy side.

bulked for 1 month, gained 5 pounds.
Started cutting today. Diet ~2500cal, everyday cardio.
Current weight 210, bf~15%
