i am working on cleaning up my diet some and dropping some body fat, what I have layed out is lacking fiber, i went to the store to find some good fiberous foods but couldnt find nothin

what are you guys taking for fiber or am i going to have to supplement?

fiber one bars 1 bar has 35% of your daily value and there good too.

Oats, brocolli, spinach. Leafy greens are great.

Broccoli and oats (on training days). I supplement with tablets.

Fruits

Veggies

Oats

Whole wheat whatever.

25-35g/day should be pretty easy to come by.

Yeah, veggies are great. As Lyle wrote: "Veggies in your morning omelette or a salad at lunch and dinner add considerable bulk to the diet without adding large amounts of digestible carbohydrate calories." And...wait for it...." The fiber will help you poop as well."

Eat your vegetables! High fiber cereals are great too, as well as any whole-wheat food.

The older I get the more I am concerned abou fiber. I think you will be surprised to see some of he great foods on the following list.
