ineed help bulking during breakfast and lunch. I need high calorie foods that I could eat then. IDC how healthy dat **** is. I just need more calories. Ima hard gainer so it doesnt rly matter.

How many calories you taking in now? Do you know how many you need to shhot for? What does your diet currently look like?

As for breakfast and lunch foods try eggs, wheat toast, oats, olive oil, nuts, yuna, chicken, peanut butter.....the list is endless..................

whole wheat english muffins with pb at breakfast (along with the other three or so things im sure you will be eating)

well right now im eating like 6000 calories a day. in the morning i have a shake that contains 8 eggs, 2 servings musclemilk, and 3 cups of oatmeal. lunch i have 3 peaunutbutter sandwhichs with 4cups of milk.
dinner is either 24oz steak if i have time to make it. or a whole pizza. and i usualy have cookies or other high calorie things between meals.
BTW im 6ft1 and about 175lbs right now

yah. its one of the only things i can eat alot of. but bro im still not really gaining weight. i still have a 6pack.
