I read an intersting article on t-nation about post workout nutrition and would like to get some feedback from those that have some more understanding about it than I do.

I think I got the basics, eat protein, carbs and certain amino acids (BCAAs). My overall question is, is there a good supplement out there that gives you this (I found ON After Max but not sure if it is correct).
