lol at the guy on the smith machine (who looks like hes sitting on the bench backwards, the part that can incline for your butt is under his head) who is watching you so intently.

nice lift, looked parallel to me. i thought you were a member on these forums... (im the kid who asked about you on youtube.)

lol @ everyone staring at you!

they looked pretty good to me.

I don't see how anyone can judge if these were parallel or not. The weights blocked your hip crease on this side so its impossible to tell. I've seen your other videos and you are a strong dude, but maybe try to lower the camera angle for a better view and then we can tell.

They look pretty good, but Reko's right. Hard to tell from that angle. You really lean forward on the last couple.

It looks pretty good to me. Are you wearing briefs, or just knee wraps and a belt? Very good lift either way.

Yeah, I agree, hard to tell. It was freaking heavy lol

I do lean but I don't judge it as being a bad thing on max effort because I am very posterior dominant, my quads are the weak link. You're right though, definitely room to improve. Damn quads.

I wear the wraps just in case something goes wrong ya know. Bars sometime roll...
Thanks for the reply.

I'm wearing a stretched out old Inzer Z. It offers good hip support though.

It's probably not now, but get any heavier and you'll have a tendency for your hips to shoot up and the lift will stall.

Don't get me wrong, we all lean to one degree or another. Yours just seemed to jump out at me.

Either way, very strong lift!

Jesus great fuking lifting dude. Form is good. If you ask me your dropping below parallel. Don't know If that's a good idea with that much weight on your back.

Hahahaha ohh, I love the guy on the smith machine. You gotta love the stares, eh? Depth looked good to me. You should add more weight to the bar, though. You're looking pretty soft.

Great lifts HB.

I agree with everyone else, tough to tell from that angle, but looked parallel from what I could see. The kid staring at you on the smith is hilarious! :hello: I like your denim squat suit. Are those Wranglers? :hide:
