Thanks, yeah 3 plates, if you want to get technical the belt and chain weigh about 2 pounds, so 137 ;)

IMO palms facing away will make your arms the weak point, so your lats won't get worked as well. Neutral-grip puts them in the strongest position so the lats will get a little more work. Either way the most important thing is to increase the weight, and just vary the grip as needed.

cool thanks. I have always done them military style, palms facing away. I will try it out the other way and see the results. I always heard palms facing you was really good for the biceps.
