Hi,

I was trying to find out some information on Sussan & Decca - anabolic steroids.

A friend of mine has been on his first course - he's in the second week and has noticed some good gains - I was speaking to him the other day and he's trying to recommend these steroids to me as im training and trying to put on weight.

My friend put on half a stone in weight in 1 week of starting his course, is this really possible and is it safe?

Also - if anyone knows of this particular brand can they enlighten me on the effects of these steroids.

I would like to know the in's & out's of these particular steroids - before I try a cycle, personally I don't really want to go anywhere near anything Anabolic! but if the side effects are pretty low etc - then I suppose I could give them a go and try out one cycle to see the results.

Any help / information would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

You are 5'8" you weigh 148, are a self proclaimed noob and want to use?

Train for a few years then ask your question again.

Hi,

I thought that I would get a response like this - all I was asking for was advice - read back to my post and you will see that I clearly state - I dont really want to take anything... In all honesty - I would prefer to do it the natural way, although - the past week or two I havnt noticed any weight gains - im stuck now @ 148.

All im seeking is some advice - links etc to information on this particular steroid so that I can do my own research - I don't know the correct spelling so when doing searches - it returns nothing.

I am a brainy person and don't usually make mistakes, always research first etc so I won't be doing anything stupid until I know the in's and out's - I mean if it takes years of research then so be it - im a computer & mobile phone technition so 95% of my day's are filled with researching new things etc - and the other 5% of my day is testing out methods I have researched.

So please, don't be so rude, im only wanting advice, I would take advice off my friend but it's not garunteed to be accurate - he's only been training 2 weeks with the Anabolics and he's done it once in the past - so he isnt really a knowledgable source that's garunteed to be telling the correct information.

Thanks.

We're not being rude, just telling you like it is. You've got way more years of training ahead of you before you should even consider doing your research, much less anything more serious.

You've haven't seen any progress in a week or 2 and want to look into sust or deca? This **** doesn't come over night. If it did, we'd all be 250lbs monsters with abs. Take your time, learn to lift correctly and learn to eat properly. If you really want to do it naturally then do your research there and leave the anabolics for a much later date.

Thanks for the post.

All I really wanted was some info, I don't expect too see changes overnight, I never said I did, all I said was in the past two weeks or so - I havn't gained a pound, if anything - it comes off, then goes back - but wont go over 148lbs.

I do eat correctly, I check all my callories - per day im averging 3000 to 4000 callories, I over eat portitions to make up the callories if whats written on the packet is low.

I didn't say I would do them straight away either, just want some info, dont see any harm in researching...

you should probably try the search if you're just looking for basic info as these types of questions have been beat to death and tend to irritate most regular posters here.

If you were eating correctly then you would be gaining weight.

No one researches gear for ****s and giggles. You are asking because you want to use or plan to use eventually. Drugs are not the solution when gains have stalled. As mentioned by myself and others you should learn to eat, train hard and ask again when you have a solid foundation.

I have been searching but cant seem to come up with much for sust n deca - im not sure of the correct spelling lol.

You don't me know at all so how can you say that, I know im averiging around 3000 to 4000 calories a day - a year ago I was just eating snacks etc on a daily bases and never full meals, now its full meals, snacks, loads of milk, im always pigging out - I only tend to write my full meals or food ive taken in at work on my journal - dont have much time to record everything so I focus on recording my full meals - the things that count.

I understand what your saying totally, I just dont see why people are so harsh, it's my life - I want to research it, so be it.

I have a brain! and I am taking everyone's advice as it comes - I aint stupid, unlike some people - read up, bang on about it (like my mate) then go for it full swing... that's not the way - there's alot more to it than that... I just want to get all the knowledge as possible - then in the future, I will have a better understanding about the whole thing - I mean, i've only been training for 4 or 5 weeks so I know very little when it comes to exercises, routines, the body etc etc, I know enough on foods to be able to eat correctly, my father's a proffessional chef and he's always ranting - eat this eat that... so I get my knowledge from him (after all, he did uni for years and is fully qualified as a nutritionist and chef - so any food from my pap has just the right things I need).

Sorry if I sounded harsh there, I just want to learn that's all - I can make my own mind up once I have an understanding.

Your just being plain stupid now mate, I don't want to end up 13st of water lol - that's where i'd end up if went with your attitude and used Anabolics at this stage - I know this much!

My friend told me his curls went up 20 pounds after doing steroids.

Doubt 20lbs mate, my friend's saying he's had about a 10% advantage - he's noticed more gains with stamina than anything.

Thanks for the input fella's, im not as thick as most of you think, some of you are probs pissed off becuase people are asking the same stuff over and over again - just bare in mind, its only knowledge and people are always wanting to research it - just point out little facts and help them on there way - i love helping people, it's something I have to do on a a daily basis with my job.

Once again - thanks guys.

No. You need to know that at this stage in your development that you're being stupid and more people will tell you that. When I weighed what you did, I was eating 5000-6000 calories to gain weight. If you ain't gaining weight it's because you ain't eating enough. It's that simple. I lose weight on 4000 calories. You want to get bigger you better start eating more because all the steriods in the world won't do **** for you.

Basically, steriods will increase you recovery time, so you can workout longer and more often but unless you're already eating enough then they won't do you any good. You'll actually have to eat more while on or you'll just be wasting it. You need to get over the fact that you think you know what you're talking about because at 148lbs, you've got more learning to do before steriods should even be considered part of your research.

Ok - since eating a bit more - especially white meats, loads and loads of chicken - i've gained another 2lbs, it doesnt sound like much - but i have hit my goal of 150lbs, I gained like 12lbs in around 4 weeks or so - thats about a stone...

My next aim is 170lbs but over a slightly longer period - dont want to be fat or gutty - want to be muscley and nicely cut... see how i go :)
