yet again, i am trying this work out thing. I have signed up to work with a trainer 3 times a week at my gym. I am also planning on signing up for a boxing gym as well. I also joined a v- ball team and sub for another team. I hope with all the different kinds of things i will stay more focused. I am starting with a cut to lean down. If anyone reads this i welcome anythoughts on how to keep yourself focused. :whip:
