View Full Version : Best Time of Day to Get in Fat?

Hey. I lead a very healthy and active lifestyle, but as of late I've had trouble meeting my daily fat needs. Usually I end up grabbing a handful of almonds sometime after dinner. Would it be better to replace my nighttime snack with something else and try to get in my fat earlier in the day?

What difference would it make when you eat it?

I was just checking. So far, the only thing i've heard is to avoid fat immediately post workout (slows digestion of protein/carbs in PWO Shake)

Ah, ok, yes. Avoid them postworkout (and preworkout, if you take in carbs then). Other than that, eat them whenever you like.

Before bed is good (for the same reason you don't want it PWO).
