No prizes. Just a fun contest. DEADLINE IS JULY 15TH. Who is in?
#1) Max Reps Overhead Squat with 135 lbs (one set)
#2) Max reps in 2 minutes of 75% Bodyweight Cleans (can be power cleans or squat cleans ... can drop weight, do multiple sets, etc)
#3) 100m Farmer's Walk with 200 lbs (100/100lb DBS), 800m run. For time.
FORM:
Overhead Squats ... bar stays above the top of your head at all times, sitting onto (or, touching with your ass) a 20 lb Dynamax ball (http://www.medicineballs.com/index.html) or the equivalent (12"), all the way back up, legs locked out. Repeat.
Cleans mean move the weight from the floor to the "catch" position, stand with your legs fully locked out. Repeat. You can drop the weight if you want to.
Event 3 is easy enough. Do the 100m farmer's walk (or run, whatever, just move the weight 100m total), then run an additional 800m.
