Hey everyone, i've found myself stumped. Recently i've decided to get back into the healthy eating and cardio routine. So first thing I wanted to do was break down my calorie consumption per day. I have looked at several different formulas and online calorie calculators. After receiving many different numbers for my "suggested" calorie intake, I was hoping someone here could help.
So first things first, I work construction so i'm moderatly active at work. My plan is to do cardio 3-4 times per week for at least 45 minutes (biking). My main goal is to lose some extra fat around my gut. I'm a 6'0" 170 lb 21 year old male. What would you guys suggest for my daily calorie intake with said information. Thanks in advance for your input i'll check back tomorrow. :)
