I was wondering what is the best way to track your cut/bulk.
I have just bulked and now am cutting but I feel like my cut
is progressing very slow (I felt the same way about my bulk)
and I need a reliable way to track my body as it changes so that I can see all my work is paying off, and keeps keeps me motivated
I know the scale is bad
and that measurements and picture are good
but does anyone use different methods?
how often do you weigh/measure/take pictures?
