first things that jump out at me are delts and arms....both looking big. i dont see any problems but if i had to say anything was lagging any at all it might be your lat's. later.

lats

Can't really tell; he's not posing properly to flare them.

Deadlift more.

Just saying, compared to his shoulders and arms.

- Moving your pants up. Ideal pants allow you to go commando style.
- Lats
- Lower back

My prescription: new pants, chins, deadlift. Less arms/shoulders if you lack time. I just looked at your signature right now and I'm not surprised that you used to be a curl/bench jokey. In my opinion, at your level and size, you should focus on deadlifts. That and pants.

it doesn't cost money to tighten that belt up a little more.....

lats in general need work but it may be down to how you pose

rows, lat pulldowns, close grip chins are all you need. Deadlifts IME are an overrated movement and are not necessary to build a truly awesome back

I don't know about that one. Others here, what do you guys think?

I disagree. While my rows, and weighted pull ups didn't improve as much compared to when I was around 145 lbs, adding +100 lb to my deadlift has made my back overall much bigger.

I think i read somewhere and many times...deadlifts are the king of the backbuilding exercises.correct me if im wrong.

Deadlifts are the best. But combined with horizontal and vertical pull movements(rows/chins) you will get the best results.

First pics: Deadlift = 275 lbs

Second pics: Deadlift = 562 lbs

Any questions?

BTW, I second the comments on the pants.

are not lat pulldowns and CGchins somewhat redundant? they are. actually lat pulldowns are overratedad compared to pullups and it is curious that you would blaspheme the great DL by saying that lat pulldowns are better.... WTF?

what is even more amazing is that you are using this to give people advice when you really don't know what you are talking about.

Everything looks good, I'd do some lat pulls and one arm lat raises to grow out your V.

Also, I'd throw in some seated rows, push out the lower traps and the rhomboideus major in the center of your back.

Everybody's entitled to an opinion, however wrong it may be.

Spinal erectors,traps and lats.

Deads, I don't care what anyone says.. (see avatar)
rows and CHINS. No need to go wide.
one arm pulldowns.... just work those lats.

Your drum kit is out of proportion.
