Body Fat Estimate

Can you guys give me a bodyfat estimate. I have never had one and it would be nice to have one to track my progress. (Should I take one at rest?)

It's really tough to give an accurate guess from that photo. Certainly not high. Low teens maybe? Good v-taper though.

Arms at the side would be much better. Raising your arms makes it tough to tell.
