Please commit A.S.A.P. if you plan to do the Pro part of the UPA Pro-Am Power Weekend. I will be using pictures and videos of lifters committed to the meet for advertising. Lifters committing to the meet please send me an e-mail to BCarpenter@unitedpowerliftingassociation.com with your name, age, city, state, team, pictures and videos of your lifts. Carp puts on the best meet possible for both lifter and spectator. Once you've been to one, you get spoiled.

haha, judging by the lightning speed of that last 835 i think you'll do pretty good!

excellent lineup for that PRO-AM... I really want to begin getting far more involved in supporting the UPA with participation by competing. I wish I could be there but funds are extremely limited currently... It sucks because training right now is going extremely well...

Good luck to all competitors in their training for preparation though.

Where ther is a will ther is a way. I was a thick 278 this morning so alls I would have to do is up the weight gainers and kick up the volume of my training some.

Up the Weight Gainers? You mean add a few more trips per shift to Krispy Kreme when you say weight gainers right????

Actually Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are hard to come by in my area. I was so let down by a guy who teased me saying that he had a dozen for me in his car only to find out that he ate them all and didn't even save me the box.

Well I'll let ya know after seeing you on that Saturday I realized you were a little on the HUSKY side and figured you did not need them and seeing as how I was trying to gain weight I figured Hell look what they did for Rob" so I ate them. Sorry maybe next time seeing as how now my fat ass is trying to cut weight again :)
