It's been a while (about a year and a half in fact) since I've posted pics. I'm about the same weight, but I think I'm a bit leaner and the weight better distributed than before. I'm certainly stronger. I weighed in at 203 today, and height is 5' 9". 30 years old.

I know you're a powerlifter, but have you thought about doing a cut in the future? If you leaned out you would look absolutely sick.

nice, how about your chest? im like 50/39 right now.I'm like 45"/35". My chest genetics aren't that great, so most of that is the lats. I'm all triceps when I bench.

I'd love to cut to see what I'd look like at under 10% but would hate the strength loss from it so I don't know how long it would last.

I opened up your old pic threads to compare your progress.

There's a pretty big difference between the before pics you posted in this thread and now, but to be honest, I really don't really see any difference between these and your Dec. 06 pics.

If I'm going to be completely honest, I think you had a much better look in your December 04 pics. I think it's especially noticeable in your face when you look at shots like this, compared to now: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/ryan1171/WBB%2012-20-04/FrontRelaxed.jpg

But yeah, I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just offering an opinion. You're a powerlifter, so obviously strength will take precedence over looks.

I disagree 100%. If he cut down to 8% now, he'd look ****ing fantastic, especially with those legs/back. Chest could use some hypertrophy work for mass, but everything else looks great.

Learn to train lean, you don't need excess fat to be strong, just have to get used to it. The initial mental barrier would be a beast though, no doubt. I think PL'ers in general could learn to gain from a stricter diet.

That's the whole reason I started powerlifting and gained weight. I'd much rather be big and strong than have superficial abs. Thanks for your opinion, but we clearly have different goals.

1. Arms are much bigger now, especially in the tri's, forearms.
2. My rear delts and lats are much bigger now.
3. I am slightly leaner now, maybe 1-2% BF. I weighed the same in those Dec. 06 pics as I do now. I'd say I've made some progress since then, especially considering my injuries of the past several months.

Huge difference in those two pictures up there too, G-money. You look like a rock of muscle in the now pictures compared to the '06 you just looked a little pudgy. Dudes smokin' crack... pay no mind.
