My main goal is to drop a few lbs and gain some muscle. I'm 6'1, 265lbs.
My typical diet includes
Morning: Scoop of whey
Lunch: Usually Salmon, Tuna, Chicken, Beef, Pork(one of thoughs)
Side of cottage cheese, mixed veggies, frozen/fresh fruit (one)
Pre workout: Sometimes I eat pre-work out Sometimes I pass. If I do eat its usually a protein bar
Postworkout:Scoop of whey and 5g creatine after work out
Dinner: Usually Salmon, Tuna, Chicken, Beef, Pork(one)
Side of cottage cheese, mixed veggies, frozen/fresh fruit (one or two)
I workout for about an hour and a half, with 25 minutes cardio. I'm going to increase carido time soon. I'm just getting over a knee injury from wrestling season.
