One of my training partners is hard up for money, so we set him up with a telecommunications firm for work. He will be making $22000 in less than 3months work; however his diet and training are going to be screwed for that time. He needs to gradually lose fat. Training aside my question is about his diet, below is his plan...comments and suggestion please

Meals are in 2 hour increments
Meal one
1/2 Scoop Whey, w/ —oat meal
—bran flakes
—yogurt
Stretch

1 MVitamin, 1 Calcium, 1 Fish Oil, 1 Potassium

Meal two
Carbed Creatine w/ —dehydrated fruit
—blueberries
—banana
—fruit juice

1 Potassium, 1 Ginger, 1 Papaya

Flaxseed, Whey w/ —2 boiled egg whites
—piece of jerky
—MRBar
—MRShake

1 Cup Black Coffee/Green Tea, 1/2 Scoop Whey



Workout within 1 hour
5 Post Workout meal (not included in macros)
Stretch while cooking
—Can O Tuna w/spinach
—1/2 Chicken breast w/ bro-cars
—1/2 Fillet w/blk. Beans
—Salmon w/spinach
—Tilapia w/peppers



1 Garlic, 1 Calcium, 1 Aspirin

—P’nut butter
—Cottage Cheese
—MRBar
—MRShake

2 Whey, 1 BeneFiber, 5g Pure Creatine




1 MVitamin, 1 Fish oil

Let me also explain that VERY little of this is perishable stuff and can be put in a bag and left in the trucks, hotels, service stations and cell sites.
After everything he wants take in about 2200 cals...400 below his expected maintenence for sitting infront of a computer, sitting in a truck traveling 300 miles a day and then working out in hotel gyms

Why would you include the amount of money he will make? Nobody cares, this is a nutrition board. Useless information.

No advice or helpful comments, this is a nutrition board, Useless post!

I put that people who don't know what they are talking about wouldn't just say...get a new job!

Yeah the amount of money is kinda useful.. As in what supplements can he afford, why would he be willing to sacrifice his body for a job.. etc. I'll give you that.
