One of my training partners is hard up for money, so we set him up with a telecommunications firm for work. He will be making $22000 in less than 3months work; however his diet and training are going to be screwed for that time. He needs to gradually lose fat. Training aside my question is about his diet, below is his plan...comments and suggestion please
Meals are in 2 hour increments
Meal one
1/2 Scoop Whey, w/ —oat meal
—bran flakes
—yogurt
Stretch
1 MVitamin, 1 Calcium, 1 Fish Oil, 1 Potassium
Meal two
Carbed Creatine w/ —dehydrated fruit
—blueberries
—banana
—fruit juice
1 Potassium, 1 Ginger, 1 Papaya
