I want to join the Air Force, so I have to lose some poundage to make weight. These are pictures of me at 225, I am trying to cut down to like 206 lbs. which is the max for my heighth at 6'2. I started out at 236lbs at the beginning of the cut. I used RESULTS at the beginning as well, it is a great supplement. Anyways, I'll try and keep ya posted of when I lost the weight. I'll try to get back and leg shots.

Jay, how is it going man, long time no see. That's cool that you are on this website, a lot of good information, crazy we met up on here lol. Yeah, let's hit the gym sometime, that would be good to have a workout partner once in a while.

So if a jacked 250 lb. 6'2" guy with 12% BF wanted to sign up for the Air Force he'd be turned away? Wow. Good luck with your cut.

Raniali was shut down by the FBI for being off the scales of their BMI.
She's a veteran old skooler here...anyhow yeah she was in fantastic shape and was bigger and stronger than a lot of men that I know.

I was talking to the recruiter, and he said I had to make the heigth restriction weight, because he has never seen anyone pass the body fat percentage test. He said, "unless you have the body fat of Ronny Coleman, I suggest you make the weight for you height." Lol, that line seems funny to me. So yeah, I guess to join the Airforce, they only want twigs. I was looking at the requirements for some special force, and there were a ton of requirements for being able to run really far, and swim like a maniac. I was hoping to see being able to bench 300lbs. or something like that, but nope, no strength requirements. So yeah, basically I am getting rid of muscle and fat, but trying to maintain more muscle than fat. I am at about 219 lbs. I will get some update shots soon.

These are current pictures of me at 216lbs on my cut. I lost about ten pounds in a month. I do WBB 1 and run on off days and have my calories set at about 2300 a day. I'm pretty much just trying to drop weight really quickly just to make the cut for the Air Force.
