WELL I WILL KEEP LOG OF WORK DONE IN THE WEEK OF ALL 3 LIFTS ON HERE , STARTING TODAY .WED 30 2008. Bench raw point finger on line 315, 365, 385, 405 ,easier than i thought had at least 20 to 25 more. then went to floor press 315# 12 reps point finger on line .then went back to bench and did 225 # 25 reps index on line also. i was jacked after that volume training triceps ext ez bar with 80 pounds of kettlebell swing aroung for 4 sets 12-15 reps then pushdowns,heavy stack high reps blood work and 40 wide grip pullups full range ,rear delt work and abs core ,bw was down to 214 .so training was a bit low volume and intesity level . ps thanks travis bell for the push today and you better slow down you getting to big,,,, lol ,later squatzilla... . 181 bench 555 bench reverse grip triple body weight 181 and bench 625 at 198 to date,ps need to get my bench up lol ha.
