Ok, so i am on a cut.
I started 4 weeks ago at 14st 2lbs and ? % bf
2 weeks ago i was 13st 13 lbs and 16.8% bf
Today i was 13st 9 and 17% bf
How can i drop 4 lbs in bodyweight and my bf increase?
I understand the principles etc!
Whats going on?

Your probably using one of the electric BF% measuring devices that suck.
How can you lose bodyweight and BF increase, simple, lose lean mass and not fat.

Anyways, what are you using to measure your body fat?

Has your strength gone down much? You could have just lost a lot of muscle, but it's more likely some sort of inaccuracy.
