View Full Version : Daily high protein intake??
if you're looking to gain muscle, should you concentrate on having high protein intake every day or just on the days you work out, and have maybe half of that protein on rest days?

Your body builds muscle when your not in the gym.
You have to have the protein to do that.

Jeah. This is why we drink protein AFTER we work out.
You do...drink protein after you work out...dont you?
Try drinking protein during a workout, after dropping both of your nuts, just remember old Budiak, and I'll be pointing at you and laughing, deep down in my heart. Deep down, deeep down, right there. Yeah right there, yeah...there... thats the place.
Keep the protein high. Carbs are the only reasonable thing to fluctuate between on and off days.

Don't you need 1.5 g for each pound of bodyweight?
