I like those dips. You must have one solid core if you can do pushups with 360lbs on your back.

Yea I agree. We used to do partner resist push ups in the Army but those he is doing is really impressive.
The pushups are incredible. 360 LB!!!!!?!?! HOLY BEJEEEZUS!!!! I can only dream..

I keep the reps low because I don't want to put too much physical stress on my joints. So, I like to do 1-5 rep range when I'm doing heavy weighted dumbbell dips.

I like to train hard when I go to the gym. As I get closer to a meet, I cut back the volume.
