The new gym I joined had a lifting meet (not competition though). Just to see where you're at. We did three lifts: Squat, military press, and deadlift.
My results were...
Squat:
240
Opened conservatively. Easy!
260
Still easy.
280
Could feel it on this one, but got it no problem.
Military Press:
105
I've never maxed out on it, and it's never been my forte, so I opened way light. This was a feather.

Could start to feel it, but still easy.
150
I pressed it perfectly fine, without any issues, but then I took a step backwards... grr! I didn't have in mind that we had to keep out feet planted. Miss.
Deadlift:
320
Easy.

No problem! A new PR for me. People were pretty impressed with this one, and it was the strongest deadlift out of anyone else. :D
Pretty happy overall... just wish I didn't take the step on that press. I lifted fairly conservatively; I wanted to make all my lifts. Next time I'll grind the second or last lift out. It was really fun; the best time I've had in years.
