I am so sick of tuna and egg whites....I love cottage cheese so I am all good there....can you please give me some alternatives!!! I tend to get sick of foods fast after I eat them. I added some chili and white rice to my meals everyonce in a while.

I dont eat steak ewwwww, and I loved salmon.....until I ate it to much hehe. Inever get sick of chicken though:)

Ohhh shrimp, good one! BTW I might be a baby:rolleyes: but having constant tummy aches for several months and having a camera shoved down my throat wasnt fun.

This might sound kinda dumb, but how about some alternative recipes using tofu. I love makin Bannana Bran Tofu muffins. Damn there good, and there low in fat too
