I have been taking Nitor and 5g worth of creatine caps every morning before breakfast. Thing is I dont usually work out until after work, around 5 pm-ish? Would it be more wise to take it just before workout? Would that impair its fat burning abilities at all? Sorry, I am a newb at supplements :)

Also: Would there be any added benefit from taking additional creatine post workout? Or just the 5g in the morning.

I would definately not take a full dose of Nitor at 5pm because you will NOT be able to fall asleep. What dose of Nitor do you use? If 3, then take 2 in the morning and 1 around 1PM.

second what get1big said. Personally I don't start to really feel the effects until a couple hours later.
