ALN replacement for Muscle Milk?

I've really enjoyed using Muscle Milk and think it's a great supplement. I'm close to running out and need a new post workout supplement. After dealing with ALN I came to realize how great of a company they are and how great their products are. :thumbup:

So, which ALN product is most similar to Muscle Milk. I am thinking Opticen? But just making sure before I place my order.

for a post workout shake, Opticen is the probably best choice. If you want to just use one protein and take it for more than post workout, Nitrean is a better choice.

Opticen definitely for post workout or meal replacement

Nitrean for a basic protein supplement.

except Opticen doesn't have the "high" fat like Muscle Milk, therefore IMO it is superior.

Philster, most people very much like the taste of Muscle Milk. I, of course, feel that Opticen is a better overall product, but to say that Muscle Milk is "disgusting" is a bit overboard. Perhaps you might say that you don't care for the taste and leave it at that?

Is Muscle Milk the thing we are talking about that comes in the 12 oz container and costs $4.5 and has 28 grams of protein, or is it something else?

I care not well for that prodcut...
