baseball is over today and I should really pack on more strength quickly.......i have not been playing much in baseball besides pitching....I am the best shortstop on the team and have 1000% fielding percentage for THE LAST 2 YEARS...but instead they put everyone in the game except me!...I also throw 80-85 mph and more if the coaches knew how treat highschool pitchers!
pretty annoying the whole season i batted 6 TIMES THATS it. and i am in the top 5 hitter on out team...idk maybe i should transfer schools!

yeah but mine is horrible compared to other lifts.
last night training events
warm-up with yoke,farners,tire medley
then..
farmers up to 245 for 105 ft,
chain yoke walk up to 630 for 20 and 540 for 50ft 2 runs with that
then stoness lapeed 340 stone 4-5 times but missed load barley to 56"

I thought it was gonna be 350 turned out to be 300, Its fine though since it is not hard at all for me to pickup, whatever might get a bigger mold 22"? maybe.
i did alot of runs forgot to remember them all.
in the contest I'll be at a good advantge since there wont be grass in my tacky, im am also gonna wear a belt therefore adding support and makking my shirt tighter so i can roll the stone up it right away insted of wasting my gas doing a 180 spin with the stone in lapp till my shirt is tight.

the contest comming up has the event and here are my goals

250 farmrs 80ft-goal get in the top three placing

210 log clean and press-3 reps is my goal

car deadlift-I should get 1 st, (goal)

medley with 200 axle, famrers, tire flip (700)-get top 3 in this

teen nationals is over I got 4th place. in heavyweights.
2nd best time on truck pull out of anyone I think.
4 of 5 atlas stones (200,240,260,300) in 18 sec. barley missed 335 stones.
log medley I got 180,200 barley missed the 230 oh well
went 160' with the 240 farmers.
tires flip 80' in 33 secs.

there was alot of good people there i was very fast I think in all events.

weighed in at 269 lbs.
