That's not much food for someone who I'm assuming is bulking. For me, common breakfast foods include eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, and milk or water to drink.

i personally don't think its an ideal breakfast. what isn't ideal about it is the cup of peanut butter. its very high fat right in the morning, and digests veeerry slowly. you should try to incorporate more carbs and protein and less fat.

Eggs, hamsteak, and toast w/ milk and fruit juice - perfect.

As a side note, if you're asking if this is ideal, you probably already know that it's not. At least, I hope that's what you were thinkng. Trust your gut. Do you think Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, or any real strength athlete (strongman/powerlifting) eats 1 cup of PB, milk, and water?
