You unrack weights from the monolift like an ANIMAL. Anything special you do to get like that?

not saying sam does this but might wanna try set-ups and heavy yoke walk...hope this helps!

Ive been hammering away at the breakouts, abs, and hip work, I just want to make sure that Im not overlooking anything.

what do yall do for "hip work"

I dont do anything special. Esp for geared lifts. I have only been in a squat suit or briefs 7 times since my first meet in 2005, and 4 of those were meets. i do raw squats and pulls and dont use a belt unless i go over 85%. thats all i can think of.

Weighted Situps on the GHR, spread eagle situps, ultra wide suos, sled dragging, etc.
