TINWELL!!!!!! I'VE SEEN YOU SITTING THERE SHEDDING YOUR SKIN, IT'S TIME TO SORT YOUR LIFE OUT AND START MAKING SOME CHANGES!!!!!!

Ok I've started a completely new and different routine and I think a journal would be helpfull. So here goes.

TODAYS WORKOUT:

overhand barbell row: 115x5
105x5
105x5
95x5
95x5

Comments: Nice and strict. I recently found out that you should concentrate on pulling your elbows back rather than your hands, had to reduce the weight, but felt better.

10degree incline dumbell press:42x5
42x5
42x5
42x4
42x4

Comments: Nae bad, but fell out of the groove on the last two sets (wanted 5 reps)

Deadlifts: 135x20

Comments: Can you say "Heavy Breathing".

Standing calf raises: 105x20
105x20

Comments: BURN!!!!

DIET SO FAR: 10:30 180g tuna 1.5L water

1:30 (postworkout) Chicken breast 130g, 40g oatmeal with 300ml skimmed milk.

POST THE REST LATER

nb. all rest on a 313 pace and all weights in kg

PS. I'm about 20-25% bodyfat and want to come down to 10-12%, but all attempts at clean eating have failed so feel free to shout at and abuse my portly disposition.

Good job brother...just keep at it and have some patience...you're on the right path, just keep walking it and take pride in the changes as they come. :thumbup:

The rest of yesterdays diet was ok.

I was up till 4am last night bouncing :cry: It beggars bloody belief the lack of common sense of some people :bang:

Anyroad day off today, but working again tonight (i need sympathy )
