this what i have come up with as a possible diet. any input would be apprieciated. im now 6'2" 180 lbs and would like to be over 200lbs at least in 2 months....
breakfast.
3 boiled eggs 225 cal
2 peanut butter sandwiches on wheat 640 cal
1 serving of "MAXIMUS" from ALN 616 cal
2 16 oz glasses of milk between 600 cal
lunch.
2 turkey sandwiches on wheat w/ cheese 480 cal
1 peanut butter sandwich on wheat 320 cal
5.25 mg of creatine 140 cal
multivitamin
2 16 oz glasses of milk between 600 cal
dinner.
chicken, turkey, steak, lean beef, or fish fried in olive oil and misc veggies...
about 1000 cal
Total: 4621 cal
will this work?
